📍 Position: Compliance Executive / Compliance Officer
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Work From Office
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduate – HR / Commerce / Business Administration
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage monthly payroll amp; statutory compliance activities
✅ Handle PF/EPF amp; ESIC calculations, filings and challans
✅ Coordinate payroll deductions including TDS, Professional Tax (PT) amp; LWF
✅ Maintain accurate employee and statutory records
✅ Support labour law compliance amp; statutory audits
✅ Resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions amp; statutory benefits
✅ Ensure timely submissions, documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and error-free payroll processing
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 3–5 years of relevant experience in Payroll amp; Statutory Compliance
🔹 Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, LWF amp; Labour Laws
🔹 Excellent MS Excel skills
🔹 Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills
🔹 Ability to manage deadlines, statutory calendars amp; compliance documentation
