Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive/Manager

Location: Gurgaon


Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads through outbound telemarketing calls, emails, and other communication methods. The Inside Sales Representative will primarily focus on B2B and B2C sales, and should have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads
2. Follow up on leads and qualify potential customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

3. Strong understanding of telemarketing and inside sales techniques
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
