Referral through social connects would also help decrease offer drop-out rate since prospective candidates would have greater clarity about organizations culture and job profile.

The second problem this solution would help with is pollution and traffic. Working professionals spend about 15-20 hours in a week to commute to their workplace and back. This innovation helps professionals search their “jobs by radius” and select the nearest possible options thus preventing avoidable travel and hence contributing to reduce traffic, traffic jams and pollution.

Thirdly, we don’t have any NLP (Natural Language Processing) enabled job portals, which would assist one and all – even differently abled members to actively participate in the process.

We believe none of the existing social networking platform is catering to solve all these problems.

    Market Limitations:- None of the platform is using “search by radius” as a prominent job search feature neither of them provide financial motivation to members for referring the right candidates. And there is no job portal currently is NLP (Natural Language Processing) enabled.
    Disadvantages because of such limitations:- Delay in getting positions filled, loss of productive time & revenue. And by not promoting search by radius we after contributing towards more traffic and pollution. Another disadvantage of referrals outside social circle is offer drops. Differently abled and others aren’t able to utilize the benefits of NLP in job search process.
